What are the payment options available?
You can set up an ACH debit, pay with credit card over the phone, mail a check to the bank lockbox, drop off a check at our local Tradition office, or set up a payment through your own personal financial institution’s online banking.
Can I pay my dues quarterly or annually?
Yes, you can pay as much ahead as you like – there is no penalty or benefit.
Is there a fee for returned checks?
Yes, all payments are subject to a non-sufficient funds fee (NSF), in addition to your regular banking fees.

What do the monthly dues charged by Tradition Community Association cover?
Your monthly dues cover the operations and maintenance of common areas throughout the community, as well as pass-through charges for the bulk communication/technology services as provided by Home Town Communications. Please refer to the current 2018 budget and breakdown of charges.

No, they are separate keys. Please contact your neighborhood homeowners association for information regarding access to your community facilities.

No, there is no application with Tradition Community Association, but please contact the management company for the individual neighborhood to inquire about their process.
If I am planning to move to Tradition, is there a local real estate office to visit?
No, Tradition has no centralized real estate office.
Is there a regular meeting schedule for Tradition Community Association Board Meetings?
At this time, the Board of Directors for Tradition Community Association meets as needed, with meeting notices being posted on the public bulletin board in Tradition Square at 10539 SW Meeting Street (on the outside wall of the restrooms adjacent to the splash fountain, right above the drinking fountains), or mailed out to each member as required by state statute (Florida State Statute 720).
How can I sign up for email notifications?
Residents of Tradition can choose to sign up for email notifications by completing the Tradition Contact Information form.
What are the hours of operation for the interactive water fountain in Tradition Square?
The fountain runs 10AM – 9PM, Wednesday through Sunday. (At this time, the interactive water fountain in currently closed for maintenance.)
Can the interactive water fountain in Tradition Square be reserved for events?
No, the fountain area is a first come, first serve amenity. Tradition Community Association does not allow it to be reserved for private events.
Are balloon releases permitted in Tradition? No, per Florida Statue 379.233, organized balloon releases are not permitted. We recommend reviewing the statute in total to be completely informed. Please note that should management become aware of any event where this activity is being planned, your group will be asked to leave. You may also wish to visit www.balloonsblow.org for additional information on this subject, as well as alternatives to balloon releases.
